Quality Management System certification of Dean’s Council Office of the Faculty of Engineering according to the International Standard EN ISO 9001:2008

The Secretariat of the Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, on the 9th of April 2010 was certified according to the International Standard EN ISO 9001:2008. The purpose of the certification is to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements as well as  to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Dean of the Faculty is responsible for the design and application of the Quality Management, Quality Politics of the services provided and the assessment of the processes.
