Venue  

The 38th  International  Universities  Power Engineering  Conference will be  organized by the High Voltage  the Laboratory of the Department of Electrical Energy of the  Aristotle University of  Thessaloniki.  It will be held at Engineering  School Campus, on 1st 2nd and 3rd September 2003.  

Aims

The  conference  provides  engineers  and  academia with the  opportunity  to  explore recent development, current practices and future trends  in power engineering. Young engineers  and  research  students are especially invited to contribute. The conference will be accompanied by  a  Technical Exhibition that will  give  the opportunity to keep participants up-to-date on the recent developments in Power Engineering.

UPEC 2003 involves all aspects of power engineering, including the following topics:
