The project acronym "CARERA" stands for
"The Impacts of CAP Reform on the Employment
Levels in Rural Areas" (Contract No 022653). What is
CARERA? CARERA is a specific Targeted Research Project within the Action Line
"Sustainable
Management of Europe’s Natural Resources" (Priority
8.1-B.1.1)
of the
6th Framework Programme of the European Commission.
CARERA - beginning March 2006
- unites 24 academic and industrial researchers from
7 countries for a period of two years to achieve its main objective to determine
the impacts of CAP reform on the employment level in rural areas.
